1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Discord, we receive and store:

  • Discord profile: username, avatar URL, and display name
  • Profile data you provide: Riot ID, rank, roles, playstyle, and region
  • Posts you create: title, description, party code, and associated metadata
  • Usage data: anonymous analytics events (page views, post creation) via PostHog

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session
  • To display your profile and posts to other users
  • To filter the feed by region and preferences
  • To fetch Valorant stats from third-party APIs (HenrikDev API) using your Riot ID
  • To improve the Service through anonymous analytics

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Posts expire and are automatically deleted after 5 minutes. Profile data persists until you delete your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: authentication, database, and storage
  • Discord: OAuth login provider
  • HenrikDev API: Valorant player stats (unofficial, community-maintained)
  • PostHog: anonymous product analytics
  • Cloudflare: hosting and CDN

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your Riot ID and profile information are visible to other QueueUp users. We share data with third-party services only as described above.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We use PostHog for anonymous analytics which may set cookies. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You can:

  • View and edit your profile data at any time via the Settings page
  • Delete your posts from the Dashboard
  • Request deletion of your account by contacting us
  • Block other users to prevent them from appearing in your feed

8. Children's Privacy

QueueUp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
